红外热像仪是一种利用红外热成像技术,通过对标的物的红外辐射探测,并加以信号处理、光电转换等手段,将标的物的温度分布的图像转换成可视图像的设备。红外热像仪将实际探测到的热量进行精确的量化,以面的形式实时成像标的物的整体,因此能够准确识别正在发热的疑似故障区域。操作人员通过屏幕上显示的图像色彩和热点追踪显示功能来初步判断发热情况和故障部位,同时严格分析,从而在确认问题上体现了高效率、高准确率。

Application Field

(1)对于发电机、电动机的不平衡负载,轴承温度过高,碳刷、滑环和集流环发热,绕组短路或开路,冷却管路堵塞,过载过热等问题进行监测。

(2)可以对电气设备进行维修检查。而对于安全防盗,屋顶查漏,环保检查,节能检测,无损探伤,森林防火,医疗检查,质量控制等也比较有帮助。

(3)可以监控像火山爆发、山体滑坡等突发的自然环境变化。

(4)对于变压器的套管过热,过载,接头松动,冷却管堵塞不畅,接触不良,三相负载不平衡等进行监测。

(5)对于电气装置的接触不良,过载,接头松动或,过热,不平衡负荷等隐患进行监测。
