冶金生产中,炼铁炼钢是最为核心的生产工序,而用于炼铁炼钢的的作业设备——钢包、高温转炉与温度有非常密切的关系。作为承接钢液浇注、炉外精炼的重要容器,钢包与转炉是由外壳钢板与三层特殊的内衬材料焊接而成。日复一日的生产作业中,内衬工作层极易遭遇化学侵蚀、机械震动和急冷急热,引起裂纹、鼓包、脱落等。

 

肉眼看不见的危险,才是最可怕的。由于外置钢板的存在,人眼无法直接进行内部探伤监测。

实践得知,钢包内衬由前期剥落直至完全磨损失效会经过由点到面的逐步发展过程。缓慢损伤的过程如同温水煮青蛙,等到危险肉眼可见时,苦果也早已经长成所以,实时监测探伤的重要性,远大于事后改进的重要性。
