测试设备:K23E35,红外分辨率:384*288

测试内容:测试两种布料样品,样品B添加远红外材料,样品A未添加远红外材料,用长波红外观测两种布料的红外成像差异和同样条件下的温度差异。

测试结果:

在同样的环境下,使用相同的红外热成像仪器,设置三种不同的温宽,均可从图像上看到两种不同布料的红外成像差异。图像左侧样品B添加了远红外材料的布料温度颜色偏暗,下图三缩小温宽范围之后,成像差异更加明显。

实测温度差异上,根据图四温度曲线可以观测到,样品B比样品A测得的温度偏低,蓝色曲线的R为样品B测试的温度曲线,黄色为样品A测试的温度曲线,二者温差范围约0.3-0.5℃。

结论:使用红外热成像测温仪测试添加远红外材料和未添加远红外材料的布料,可以从图像和温度两个维度上进行区分。
