Infrared thermal imaging technology has been used in the automotive field for a long time. In addition to the routine infrared thermal imager inspection of electrical equipment in automobile manufacturers, it is also widely used in automobile research and development. The infrared thermal imager technology can diagnose the relevant defects of automobile design, structure, etc. more effectively, faster and more accurately.<\/p>\n

The application of infrared in automobile industry mainly includes the following points<\/b><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Generally speaking, the engine must undergo vibration and noise tests to evaluate the overall structure. Using infrared thermal imager to compare the temperature of the front and rear wheels of the vehicle, this method is simple and feasible. Generally speaking, the temperature of the front wheel should be higher than that of the rear wheel. If the temperature of the two front wheels (or rear wheels) is also different, it can be judged that there is a blocked oil path in the braking system, which may be due to air.
