N23E8 在线式红外热成像测温仪的器件选型充分考虑高低温工作性能的要求,保证整机工作有优异的环境适应性能。

N23E8 在线式红外热成像测温仪输出全码流无损温度数据和 H.264 压缩格式的视频流数据,提供 SDK 方便客户后端集成开发,充分对被测目标进行温度分析。

Failed to add CAMERA IP address

Possible causes:
  1. The computer firewall blocks network transmission (turn off the firewall, or add the software to the firewall white list)
  2. The computer local IP is not in the same network segment as the camera IP (modify the computer local link IP address, which is in the same network segment as the camera, and is not the same as the camera

The software detects the IP address of the camera, but there is no image output or image jam

Possible causes:
  1. The computer configuration is too low (it is recommended to use more than 9 generation CPUs of i7 or more than 10 generation CPUs of i5)
  2. Camera failure (return to factory for maintenance)

Large temperature measurement deviation

Possible causes:
  1. The use environment is beyond the scope of product use (use appropriate cooling measures)
  2. Temperature section mismatch (select the appropriate temperature section for temperature measurement)

The image flickers or there is a splash screen phenomenon

Possible causes:
  1. The power supply voltage or power does not meet the requirements of the camera (replace the power supply)
  2. Camera hardware failure (return to factory for maintenance)
