1、What is macro lens

2、What is magnification

Magnification refers to the ratio of the imaging size of an object on the focal plane through the lens to the actual size of the object. In macro lens, the nominal "maximum magnification" generally refers to the magnification value of the lens under the conditions of meeting the maximum focal length (macro lens is generally fixed focus) and the nearest shooting distance of clear imaging. The magnification value at this time is the maximum value of the lens magnification. According to the size of the measured object, there are three kinds of macro lenses to choose from, with the maximum magnification of 0.5, 0.68 and 2 respectively.

3、为什么要用微距镜头

红外热成像测温仪要保证精确测温,需要满足最小被测目标成像至少占有一个完整的像素,最好能实现3×3个像素。常规红外镜头设计一般按照30cm~∞清晰成像设计,针对光纤、电子烟发热丝测温时,由于光纤和发热丝直径太小,大概只有100~200um,甚至连半个像素都占不到,根本没办法对其正常测温。利用最大放大倍率0.68的微距镜头可以实现100um成像时占3个像素,实现精确测温。

4、微距镜头应用场景

4.1、激光光纤异常发热检测

通过微距镜头红外热成像测温仪检测激光光纤,排查出不合格光纤。生产出来的光纤内部会有孔隙、熔接不良,给光纤通光,异常点会吸收部分激光能量引发温升。如图1所示光纤异常发热点。

 

4.2、电子烟发热丝(发热陶瓷)检测

通过微距镜头红外热成像测温仪辅助电子烟、发热丝、发热陶瓷的新品研发,产线上对成品进行检测。配合在线式热像分析软件可直观的对热数据进行记录和高级处理,极大的辅助工程师、研究人员器件、产品和设备工艺中的热节点、泄露、扩散、流体场等和热量分布相关的因素进行实时、精准和定量的分析。如图2所示对各种形态电子烟发热体进行温度分析。

4.3、 集成芯片开发与测试

通过微距镜头红外热成像测温仪配合在线式热像分析软件,辅助工程师、研究人员对集成芯片功耗和热量进行定量分析,并可以准确定位异常发热点,为集成芯片的改进提供有力的依据。如图3所示对某半导体激光器芯片发热进行分析,芯片尺寸为 1.2*0.25*0.11mm。

4.4、其他应用领域

Sim卡槽激光焊接时,监测焊点热量释放,保证焊接品质,如图4所示。

钢珠震动过程中发热分析,如图5所示。
