1、 Common Data Interfaces And Application Scenarios
Data interface is an electrical interface used by the infrared camera to transmit image data to the host. In addition to the hardware interface, it also needs supporting data transmission protocol specifications. At present, the commonly used data interfaces of infrared cameras include network interface, camera link interface, BNC interface, etc. According to different needs, choose the corresponding data interface type camera, such as: long-distance and large-scale deployment of monitoring camera, choose the network interface type infrared thermal imager is more appropriate; Using a high frame rate and high-resolution camera with a short transmission distance, it is appropriate to choose an infrared thermal imager of the camera link interface type.
2、 Introduction To Data Interface
网络接口典型的是RJ-45以太网接口，遵循IEEE802.3标准，传输速率通常为10M/100/1000Mbps，可工作在全双工、半双工模式。武汉华景康光电科技的K系列在线式红外热像仪（图1）数据接口为网络输出接口，支持UDP协议，并可提供软件开发包，方便客户进行二次开发，产品如下图所示：

Camera linkcameralink is an interface standard specially proposed for digital data transmission. The electrical standard used for the interface is LVDS, low-voltage differential signal. Each signal is carried by two wires with a voltage difference of 0.35 v. when the potential of the nominal positive wire is higher than that of the negative wire, it indicates a high logic level, and when the potential of the negative wire is higher, it is a low level; The camera link interface camera is specially developed for customers with large amount of image data and high bandwidth requirements. The zm26-c infrared component (Figure 3) developed by Wuhan huajingkang optoelectronic technology, which selects the channel link chip (ds90cr285mtd), can realize the data output of the camera link interface (as shown in Figure 2 below). After parallel processing, the transmission speed of the original 250mbit/s is increased to 6.4gbit/s, and the cost is almost unchanged, It can improve data throughput without increasing the number of cables. The camera using the camera link interface needs to be used with the camera link acquisition card, which is generally installed on the control computer through the PCI-E interface.
