1.Engine fault diagnosis:
Generally speaking, the engine must undergo vibration and noise tests to evaluate the overall structure. However, for some minor defects of the engine (such as minor cracks, subtle structural design differences, etc.), it is difficult to accurately diagnose them through the first two methods. Infrared thermal imaging technology can reflect subtle structural defects as subtle temperature differences, so as to achieve the diagnostic effect that cannot be achieved by other methods. Using infrared thermal imager to compare the temperature of the front and rear wheels of the vehicle, this method is simple and feasible. If air leakage occurs at car doors, glass joints, etc., you can see that the temperature here is different from the external ambient temperature. 4.Inspection of window heating wire:
The heating wire is located in the rear glass of the car, and its normal operation will directly affect the safe driving of the car in foggy conditions. Using infrared thermal imager can make a comprehensive and rapid diagnosis of the distribution of the whole heating wire.
5.Inspection of automobile exhaust pipe:
The high temperature of the exhaust pipe can reflect the insufficient combustion, so it can indirectly evaluate the working condition of the engine system.
